"My love affair with New York City, coupled with my admiration and respect for the majesty of sailfish, was really what sparked me to embark on this project," Kevin says. Traveling between the worlds of NY nightlife, fashion, and music, Kevin became a fixture of them all, as a career manager for music and visual artists. He crossed the globe promoting their diverse projects and hosting premier events, from intimate gatherings in Denver to multi-thousand-person concerts in Spain. His travels sharpened his appreciation for artistic expression, and for distinctive and unique objects of beauty. Merging his interest in the fish and his aesthetic inspirations, Kevin launched a boutique business creating fiberglass renditions of the creatures, adorned with different materials: everything from iridescent mother of pearl and brilliant Swarovski crystals to leather and lacquer. The pieces are meant to change the way people perceive the notion of "trophy fish" by transforming them into stunning works of art. Beautiful Oceanscape Oil Painting by Todd Kenyon He doesn’t surf. He doesn’t swim. He’s terrified of sharks. Not what you’d expect from Laguna Beach artist and gallery owner Todd Kenyon, who’s known for his large-scale ocean scapes that are so realistic, they often are mistaken for photographs. Moving to Southern California in 1998 from the East Coast, Todd Kenyon became inspired to create a body of work that captures the unique beauty of the Laguna Beach coastline. Todd’s paintings can be seen year-round at his studio connected to the purelagunabeach gallery. Todd’s work captures the multifaceted spirit of the ocean. Step back and the viewer is taken in by the force of the crashing surf, a step closer shifts the focus to subtle color fields that mimic the reflective quality of light against sand and water. Painting shown is an example of Todd work, not auction item. The winner will be able to commission an original oil painting by Todd Kenyon! Todd will work personally with the winning bidder in developing a custom modern seascape painting to be completed near the Thanksgiving holiday. His work is well known on the west coast and collected nationally and internationally. Currently, he is exclusively represented by Gallery Henoch in NYC. His studio is visible on PCH in Laguna Beach where he will develop the piece for the lucky bidder. This is a unique opportunity to obtain one of Todd's highly sought after paintings, as he is usually booked for commissions and sold out 4-6 months in advance. Value $7,500 Generously Donated by Todd Kenyon

Framed black and white fine art print – Artist proof Framed dimensions - 31.5 x 31.5 “Ocean Grace” by Jeff Hornbaker is part of a serie called “LIFE ON WATER: Images of the Ocean and Beyond”, the first collection of black and white photographic prints renowned photographer and cinematographer Jeff Hornbaker has ever assembled for exhibition. He has done so in reverence to all those before him that dedicated their existence to a life in the water, and to all those that will follow. This is the artist proof, printed on 100% archival paper Gold Fiber Silk. Jeff Hornbaker has spent the greater portion of his life traveling the globe creating images on film. His travels always start with the ocean as the calling and end in dimensions beyond. A life spent in the ocean has been enriched by his desire to document the experience and share the beauty of the world in all her majesty. About Jeff Hornbaker Shooting since 1976, visual artist, cinematographer, director and photographer Jeff Hornbaker has an unprecedented eye for beauty. Surfing first lead Hornbaker to water, and his camera allowed him to stay. Initially Jeff shot for pleasure, but it wasn’t long before his images caught the eyes of surf publications. Shooting for editorial allowed his explosive talent to grow and develop into what would become his signature style of brilliant colors and intriguing angles. His conceptual imagery provided the keystone formulas for the evolution of surfing publications to this day. As the surf culture shifted from a rebellious indulgence to an ocean lifestyle choice, Jeff was a primary influence in shaping the creative direction for early surf brands like Rip Curl, OP, O’Neill, Arnett and many more. It was the beginning of a career that would take him around the world for some of the biggest labels to come. Hornbaker would go on to develop the visual style for premier international surf culture brands Quiksilver and Roxy for two + decades. He became renown as the pioneer to shoot fashion and portraiture below water. It was these groundbreaking works that lead the way, and soon underwater realms became a natural “studio” for all photographers who followed his genre. Jeff’s entire life and business still center around a lifestyle above and below the water. Since his humble beginnings, and throughout 38 years of world travels – Jeff remains a leader at the very top of the field in surf, fashion, ocean action, culture, character and exploration adventure. Hand-Carved Coconut Scuplture THE COCONUT: Discovered in the heart of the South Pacific on an uninhabited island within a remote coral atoll, this coconut was carved by Neville Hockley to express the gentle flow and eddies of the world's greatest expanse of ocean and its diverse marine life. Riding waves, with detailed Polynesian patterns symbolizing ocean, harmony and strength, humpback whales watch with interest as their inquisitive newborn swims from the depths to meet a playful pod of dolphins. While near the surface tuna search for schools of flying fish. This coconut is engraved with a latitude and longitude that mark the exact location of where it was discovered. These coordinates are highlighted with teak dust sanded from Dream Time's decks - so this sculpture holds just a little of the very sailboat that navigated to its shores. THE ARTIST: Neville Hockley, born in Southampton, England, is an award-winning artist and graduate from New York City’s Parsons School of Design. He is a published author and regularly contributes stories to Yachting Monthly, Cruising World, and Blue Water Sailing magazines. 100% of the proceeds from these published magazine stories are donated to Oceana. In 2007 Neville and his wife, Catherine, departed New York on their sailboat, Dream Time, for a 15-year circumnavigation of the world. To date, they have sailed over 27,000 nautical miles and are currently in the South Pacific. Neville’s carvings are inspired by the rich and colorful marine life they have witnessed while exploring some of the most remote corners of the world. Value $2,500 Generously donated by the Artist
