With tails flaring like crashing waves, two fish swim toward each other in this uniquely triangular sculpture. Far beneath them are two more fish, possibly their shadows, carved out in negative relief. A heartwarming and thought-evoking reminder of two souls who cannot be separated in space and time. Using dynamic movement in a seemingly simple subject, LIULI craftsmen captured the spirit of the passion of two—immortalized.
