For surfers, the resort offers some of the best surfing anywhere. Hop on a boat and reach the nearby pass of Tuheiava, which consists of a right and left break on opposite sides of the reef pass.

The beauty and abundance of ocean life in the area account for its popularity, especially in the Tuheiava Pass, where it’s not uncommon to see manta rays, barracuda, tuna, and countless other species.
