The 2012 Event

This year’s fifth anniversary SeaChange Summer Party will take place on August 26 and will be the Bacon Brothers featuring Kevin and Michael Bacon.

We will also be acknowledging our Ocean Champions, Michael & Tricia Berns and South Coast Plaza, for their extraordinary support.

Approximately 400 guests attended the 2011 event, which raised over $900,000 for Oceana. The event, which was hosted by actress Angela Kinsey and actor Ted Danson, featured special guests Diane Lane and Josh Brolin. Both Brolin and Lane gave passionate speeches about the need to protect the world’s oceans. Other celebrities in attendance included: Ted Danson, Aimee Teegarden, Angela Kinsey, Jeff Goldblum, Ed Begley Jr., Q’orianka Kilcher, Oscar Nunez and Austin Stowell.

The “Must Attend” SeaChange Summer Party is an Orange County, California benefit for OCEANA that gives donors an opportunity to help bring back the sea’s bounty for ourselves and our children.
