The Residence on the Rocks is nestled in Intendance Bay with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean, one of the world's most beautiful beaches, swaying palm trees and lush tropical forests.
The property sleeps 6 adults comfortably. It has a two story main house consisting of two large and very well appointed en room suites. A central courtyard divides the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs dining room and kitchen areas. The separate guesthouse has the 3rd bedroom and is just off the inviting infinity pool that overlooks the postcard-perfect bay.
The design is Creole in nature with some generous 450 square meters of covered area. Most of the decor items were collected by the owners over a period of 30 years in Central Africa and South East Asia and include priceless tribal/ethnic art pieces.
The Seychelles has a well-earned reputation for its unspoiled nature. Made up of small islands, the area is perfect for island hopping. Many of the islands are untouched. There are UNESCO World Heritage Sites, islands with rugged and dense natural forests ideal for trekking, and others that are perfect for couples to share an intimate picnic. There are islands that are bird sanctuaries, islands that have century-old giant tortoises roaming free and uninhabited islands that feel like a million miles from anywhere. Visit the islands either by air, cat-coco or private boat charter.
