Begin with a barrel tasting in the caves of Napa Valley’s venerable Chateau Boswell; 65 feet below the earth where the geological strata show 4.5 million years of Napa Valley volcanic history. Then journey a few miles away to the award winning Meadowood Resort for stimulating conversation, fine wines, and a special dinner for eight (8) featuring a unique Wine Pairing Menu created by award-winning Two Star Michelin Chef, Christopher Kostow. As if this isn’t enough for the most discerning oenophile, you also get a magnum of Chateau Boswell’s True Course 2008 Chardonnay to enjoy.
